You qualify to buy items at the ‘Zero Rate’ if:
The user of the item(s) is chronically sick or disabled and the item(s) are for personal or domestic use.

Items which show two prices are eligible for ‘Zero Rated VAT’ therefore if you qualify you will pay the cheaper of the two prices. If there is only one price this means the item is not eligible for ‘Zero Rated VAT and VAT at the full amount must be paid.

When you create an account with us you will be asked if you are eligible or not & depending on which option you choose, VAT will automatically be added or deducted at checkout. Some common ‘Zero Rated VAT’ qualifying conditions include: Osteoarthritis, Rheumatoid Arthritis, Learning difficulties, Amputee, Stroke, Cancer, Diabetes, Spondylitis, Heart Condition, Blind, Deaf, Asthma, C.O.P.D, Epilepsy, M.S . . .Etc
