We aim to dispatch all items within 24 hours, Monday – Friday.
Most items are sent ‘Express Delivery’ and will be delivered next day via our own courier. If the item needs to be ordered from our supplier the delivery may take a little longer.

During the payment process the shipping estimate will be calculated.
Items delivered via Interlink Express / DPD are collected at 3.00pm each day so you must order before 3.00pm to get next day delivery.

If the item is needed as soon possible please do not delay and order before 3pm and give yourself a 2-3 day window.

If it is absolutely necessary an item needs to be received quickly, please contact us before ordering and we will do our best to help, as items can be sent next day delivery at an small extra cost.

Delivery time for Interlink Express is 24 hours. If you order on a Friday before 3pm your order will be delivered the following Monday as we do not deliver on Saturday or Sunday.

Please leave your email & mobile phone number when registering and you will automatically be sent an e-mail or a text on the day of delivery with a one hour delivery window.

If you are not going to be at the delivery address on the day of delivery, please supply us with instructions for the courier,
i.e. “Please leave with neighbor at number 4” The more information the better. We will make sure the information goes on the delivery note. Please be aware that this must be done at the time of ordering.

Mobility 2000 can not be held responsible for any missing or damaged items. If there is an issue with your item please call us immediately and you should allow us 7days to investigate the problem.

If the courier cannot deliver an item because there is no one in to sign for it & no specific delivery instructions have been supplied, they will automatically try again the next day. If this happens 3 times the item will be sent back to us, we treat this as a normal customer return and there will be a charge deducted from the refund.

Our courier classes the following as ‘Non UK Mainland areas’ :

Scottish Highlands include postcodes: 
AB30-38, AB44-56, FK17-99, G83, IV-ALL, KW1-14, PA21-33, PA34-40, PH1-50.

Scottish Islands includes postcodes:
HS1-9, IV-ALL, KA27-28, KW15-17, PA20, PA41-49, PA60-78, PH42-44, ZE1-3.

Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isle Of Wight and Isles of Scilly, Jersey, Guernsey – Postcodes BT, IM, TR21-25.

We DO NOT ship to any of the above areas via courier, so please contact us if you live in ANY of the above postcodes.

Any orders placed to be delivered to any of the above postcodes can be cancelled immediately and refunded.

If you are unsure on a particular item please contact us before ordering, any returns due to not clarifying fitments will result in non refundable postage/collection fees.

If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason and want to return it please inform us straight away via e-mail or by calling 01253 850 497.
All returns must be in an unused, original packaging and a resale-able condition. If the item isn’t in the conditions above we retain the right to denied the return request.

When the item is returned you will receive: A full refund – if the item is returned within 7 working days of delivery. A partial refund – if the item is returned after 7 working days of delivery.

After 14 working days of delivery;

• Orders under £30 there will be a £9.99 administration charge.
• Daily living Aids & Walking Aids – £14.99
• Wheelchairs, Bathroom Aids – £ 14.99
• Scooters, Rise & Recliners, Powerchairs, Bedroom Aids – £50

If you would like to return a larger item, we can arrange a courier to collect it from a chosen address at a cost of £9.99 for items under 7kg & £14.99 for items over 10kgs.

Items under 2kg’s in weight can be returned via Royal Mail. Under no circumstances do we refund return postage costs.
Partial refund = Total order cost minus 10% re-stocking fee & original postage cost.

For obvious hygiene reasons all incontinence products sold are NOT returnable these include: Urinals, Commodes ( of any kind ), Disposable & Re-usable Bed/Chair Pads, Bottom Wipers Etc..
